California Records Disclaimer

California Busted Mugshots provides general information about finding public arrest records and booking-photo resources. It is privately run and has no affiliation with a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government office. Arrest records describe allegations and events, not a person’s character or guilt.

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Neither the information here nor information from a linked search tool may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.

Accuracy and Current Status

Government systems can change without notice, and roster updates may lag. No promise is made that every name, charge, custody status, or link is complete or current. Verify a result with the sheriff, police department, court, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, or other office that created the record before relying on it.

A booking entry is an accusation, not proof of guilt. Charges can change, and a case may end in dismissal, acquittal, plea, or verdict. A photo alone does not show the court outcome.

No Legal Advice

Nothing on these pages is legal advice. A general reference page cannot replace guidance from a licensed attorney who knows the facts and current law.

Third-Party Search Tools

Some pages contain search boxes run by outside providers. California Busted Mugshots does not control their results, prices, data use, or retention. Review the provider’s terms and privacy notice before submitting information or buying a service.

Links to Other Sources

Outbound links lead to county rosters, sheriff and police records pages, courts, state corrections resources, federal locators, county sites, and other services. Their content, accuracy, and availability are controlled by those providers. A link does not mean this site endorses an outside result.

No Official Records Hosted

California Busted Mugshots does not host jail rosters, inmate files, booking photos, warrant data, or court records. It points to agencies and locators that may hold those materials. To confirm custody or obtain a record, contact the sheriff’s office, arresting police agency, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, court, or other issuing office directly.
